32 Edinburgh players (young and old) attended the regional training day taken by national coach Li Chao on Saturday at Royal High School..
After a tough warm up, all players trained hard doing drills all morning. In the afternoon Li Chao gave an impressive demonstration of multi-ball with Chris Wheeler and Calum Morrison. Afterwards, everyone else put their multi-ball skills to the test. To finish, it was top table and a final killer physical.
All players left tired but enjoyed the day. It was a great event and one we hope to repeat.
